How Do I Find Information and Products?

ColibrMall.com has been designed to make browsing easy and convenient.  There are three options to view our products:

1. Keywords/Search: Simply type in any word (i.e.: beam sensor, diva), press "Go" and the closest matches to your search will be displayed in list form.
2. Organized Categories: You may browse by the organized categories along the left side of each web page.  
3. By Price: You can find the price list on the left side.  Simply click on the name in the left menu.


If you feel that you still cannot find a particular product; if you feel that a product is in a section where it does not belong, or if you believe that we are missing a particular item, please contact our customer service department.


How Do I Purchase Products on ColibrMall.com?

There are a few easy steps to buying an item and completing your order:

1. Add items to your shopping cart - Click on any "Add to Cart" button and the item will be added to your shopping cart.  You have not committed to buying anything yet and your credit card will not be charged.  You can change quantity, delete items and add products to your shopping cart at any time.

2. Checkout- Click "Proceed to Checkout" from your shopping cart.  Please type in your email address and password to continue with secure checkout if you are a return customer.  If you are shopping with us for the first time, please register to create an account.

3. Enter Billing/Payment Info.- Review your billing/shipping information, then enter the payment information on the next page.  ColibrMall.com is 100% secure and all information given is confidential and secure.

4. Confirm Your Order- You will be presented with a review of your order, billing and payment information.  Please review the information and press "Confirm Order."  Your order will be submitted for processing.

5. Order Receipt- You will be presented a receipt of your order.  Please print this and keep it for your records.  A copy of the receipt will also be sent to your registered email address.

Note:  Until you have confirmed your order, you can always edit/add/remove the items in your shopping cart.

What should I do if there is a problem with the Lighter that I ordered?

Please don't do anything. Just give us a call  as soon as possible at our Toll Free Number 1-866-408-4440 and we will help you to solve the problem. Dont try to fix it, replace the flint, refuel the lighter or do any thing else. If you do any of these the Lighter is considered used and does not qualify for our Return policy. You will then have to send the lighter directly to the manufacturer and they will repair or replace the lighter if it is still under warranty. How is My Order Shipped?

Your orders will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Please allow 3-9 days for delivery. Standard domestic shipping rates apply. Rush shipping is available. You need to place an order on the phone for rush delivery.

Are you responsible for Shipping delays or mistakes done by any Postal Service?

We are not responsible for the delay of shipping due to weather, accidents, or mistakes done by any postal service (including damages, scratches, and undeliverable address, stolen or lost packages)

How can I track my packages?

Every order that we ship, a tracking number is emailed to you for that order. Please check your email 2-3 days after you place the order to make sure you have received the tracking number. This is very important as most of our packages are shipped using either FedEx or UPS Ground. They might leave the package at your front door if they are not able to deliver it by hand. The tracking number provides a way to keep on top of the shipping progress of your package and also to get the estimated delivery date for your package.

Does the Flat Shipping Rate applies to All States?

No the Flat Shipping Rate does not apply to Alaska &  Hawai. Depending upon the order amount, we do offer the flat shipping rate to these states too.

Do you offer other shippings like Overnight,  2nd Day Air & 3rd Day Air Delivery ?

Yes we do offer these shipping choices, but they are only offered for products which do not contain butane. In essence all the Lighters cannot be shipped using these shipping options. To avoid confusion among our valued customers we do not show these options on our website. But if you are ordering Mens Accessories or other products like that and need urgent shipping, please call us at our Toll Free Number 1-866-408-4440 and we will be happy to assist you in this regard.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

Most of the items are always in stock and are shipped within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock,  we will contact you as soon as possible

Can I exchange an item with something else?

Can I cancel my order, once I place it?

You can cancel an order if an order has not been processed. There is a 5% cancellation fees charged.
