This is colibri's newly designed duo tech cutter. Named for it's spring-action release guillotine blade of ss440 stainless steel. the cutter also includes 2 sturdy slide-out cigar punchs in 7mm and 9mm. It is constructed of gunmetal satin stainless steel and can cut up to 50-ring cigars.
